My phone wasn't listed, what do I do?
If you could not find your phone model(s) in our system. Please
contact us and we will let you know the value of your phone model(s) as soon as possible.
Do you buy phones in bulk?
Absolutely! We buy phones in any quantity from companies of any size, whether an individual or Fortune 500 Company. Please Contact Us for more information.
Do you erase Phone Data?
Yes, we have technicians on hand that ensure memory and phone data are erased upon arrival. Phone software and data becomes the same as if it were a new phone.
How does shipping work?
After receiving your inquiry we will contact you with a quote and/or paid* shipping label to ship us the phones. Once we receive the phones and ensure they're eligible for purchase we will send you your check!
How often are your phone values updated?
We update our phone values the first business day of every month. Sometimes, but not often, we will update certain values in between then. If you print out our full phone value list, be sure to check back frequently to ensure your print out is accurate.
